ImageA really great thing about working with Exchange Servers is the huge amount of available support tools. For every area of administration or management, you can find tools—some commercial, and some free; that make your life easier. In fact, there are so many tools that sometimes it's hard to keep up with them. I have been deeply immersed in a contract role so I have been slow to discover two tools that are worthy of special note.
